Payment

We accept PayPal. We are PayPal verified and have a confirmed address. 

Payment is expected within 5 business days after receiving the invoice, unless there is an extenuating circumstance. If so, please contact us immediately. We are understanding people and are willing to work with our buyers. Please note we reserve the right to cancel the sale, relist the item/s, and file an unpaid item case if payment is not received within this time frame. Non-paying bidders are added to a block-bidders list and will not be permitted to purchase from us again.

 

Shipping

 

We strive to ship all items, from the smallest item to the largest, big ticket item, in a fast, timely, and well packaged manner. We pack every item with care. That is why we note Quality Packed shipping. We use high quality packaging supplies including bubble wrap and Sustainable Forestry Initiative corrugated boxes. Our goal is to make sure all items arrive in the condition that they left our facility.

 

All items are shipped domestically via USPS, FedEx, or UPS unless otherwise noted. We also offer all major shipping services available through these three couriers at the buyers request.

                                                                            

           

Domestic shipping ranges from 2-5 business days after receiving a cleared payment(for most items). We usually ship all items within 1-2 business days. Our average handling time is 1 business day. Every item shipped to a US address comes with Delivery Confirmation and/or Tracking options. Most packages we ship can be tracked to some degree. Please note that tracking updates are not updated in real time. There is a delay in all tracking systems. Buyers, please contact us before contacting eBay with shipping questions or problems. We are here to help!

 

We reserve the right to decline requests to send packages to any other addresses other than what is listed as a confirmed address in your PayPal account. Please also note that UPS and FedEx do not ship to P.O. boxes of any kind.

 

Combined Shipping 

 

We will gladly combine shipping on all orders! If purchasing multiple items from our store, please 'request a total' at checkout when done shopping and will send you the updated invoice with the combined shipping rates. Due to eBay forever changing the checkout system, this can be confusing for some buyers. Please contact us with any questions on combining shipping charges.

 

Handling

 

Shipping costs include handling. What is handling? Handling is the cost associated with packaging each item. We use tape, boxes, bubble mailers, packing peanuts, craft paper, bubble wrap, etc. This cost is included in the shipping and handling charges. We intend to cover the total cost of shipping each item while still providing the lowest possible rates. We do not profit from shipping. We do refund the excess amount in shipping and handling if a buyer is overcharged for shipping and handling.

 

Returns

 

We accept returns on all items unless otherwise noted. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible to pay the return shipping unless we made a mistake on our end. We will pay for the return shipping method of our choice and/or refund the buyers total payment, including the original shipping charges if we, the sellers, make a mistake in the description of the item, or accidentally send the buyer the wrong item. Our goal is to provide the best possible customer service.

 

A Cancel Transaction Request will be sent if the buyer wishes to return an item. If the buyer fails to respond to the request, we will deduct all eBay and PayPal fees associated with the sale from the refund. Please note that the buyer must return the item in the condition it was received on their end. If an item is new, it must be returned as new. We will not accept opened and/or used items unless they were sold as such. Please ask any questions about our return policy before making a purchase.

We cannot control shipping times once the package leaves our location. USPS First Class Mail International can range from 6-35 business days. USPS Priority Mail International can range from 6-28 business days. A business day is defined as Monday-Friday except for federal or state holidays. Once the package leaves our location, it is out of our hands and is put into the postal system. This is a system that we cannot control. Please be aware of this before leaving feedback and low DSR's associating with slow shipping times.

Your Postal System may decide to hold your package from delivery.You will have to contact your local post office or customs office to determine why this is the case. We cannot answer these questions. We will do our best to offer help and/or advice.

We can no longer allow items at or above $100.00 USD in value to be sent via USPS First Class Mail International or any other shipping options that do not allow for insurance. These items insurance charges will be factored into the handling charges.

Restrictions

Please note that the USPS has strict regulations for international packages. Different countries have different regulations and restrictions. First Class Mail International packages can only weigh up to a maximum of 4 US pounds and are limited by size and other possible restrictions. USPS Priority Mail packages cannot exceed certain size and weight restrictions as well. These restrictions vary from country to country. Please refer to USPS's website for details .
