I've collected 50's, 60's, and early 70's records of almost every genre - Psych, Prog, Psychedelic Funk, Soul, Rhythm 'n' Blues, Pop, Folk, Garage, Acid, Freakbeat, Rock, Jazz e.t.c and everything in between for all my life!!! Obviously, 90% of the LP's I've ever gotten hold of are completely trashed from the hard living ways and the rock 'n' roll, drug and booze fuelled debauchery of all the wild parties of the times, but the golden 10%? Reluctantly, I've decided to offer them to all of you serious record collectors out there!!! I'm currently trying to set up a record label so unfortunately personal sacrifices have to be made when it comes to my collection, resulting in GREAT benefits for all you shrewd bidders and serious connosieurs of TRUE solid gold music history out there!!! Make no mistake, I'll try my best to consistently offer some of the VERY BEST records available on ebay, many which have taken me YEARS to find!!!
I aim to put a weekly batch up (time permitting) every Wednesday, all timed to end 10 days later on Saturday night. I'll only ever offer THE BEST, MOST AMAZING, MOST IMPORTANT, VERY RAREST UK 1ST PRESS ORIGINAL RELEASE RECORDS I've got!!! I won't insult you with later 2nd pressings unless they are of exceptional quality and rarity. I'm sure you love good music as much as me, especially when it's a 1st Press LP, direct from the master tape, as the musicians intended it to be heard (none of this "digitally remastered",weak reissued, remixed rubbish from hired hands with one eye on the mixing desk and the other on the clock! If these session men really knew how genius should sound, surely they would've been geniuses themselves?! There will only ever be one Hendrix, and that's just a tiny example).

This MASSIVELY RARE LP initially sold barely anything (LP's were also really expensive to most people back then!!!) and therefore had a very small run, and is INCREDIBLY HARD TO FIND, especially in this condition!!! Classic UK 1st Press "Sold In UK" Apple labels!!! All sides are OUTSTANDING with NO real signs of age, NO graffiti, and NO writing OR tears whatsoever!!! Just has a very small amount of ultra light spindle marks which suggests that this has barely had much play over the years at all!!! MAGNIFICENT for a 48 year old record!!! All must grade overall at least as Excellent minus!!!

Spectacular Original 1968 UK 1st Press Vinyls!!! Nice bright, clean and shiny as if they were just pressed!!! Fantastic jet black mirror like surfaces, they look INCREDIBLE with NO nasty scratches OR nasty deep scuffs whatsoever!!! The only very minor blemishes are just a few of the lightest, wispy sleeve traces, one or two ultra light hairlines and a TINY amount of mega mild non sounding paper scuffs (only visible in strong angled light) mostly caused from where it has sat or been removed from it's cover over the years!!! Of course, none of these ULTRA light blemishes interfere with play AT ALL!!! PHENOMENAL for a record of this age and rarity!!! AWESOME condition - you'll be amazed by how generally clean and unworn they are!!! Both must grade overall at least as Excellent minus!!! (graded STRICTLY to the UK RRPG standards, not overgraded AT ALL!!! Customer satisfaction is of 100% importance to me)

Thankfully, it plays AMAZINGLY with fantastic stereo separation and clarity!!! It really sounds incredible with NO hisses, hops, distortion, sticks OR skips!!! Only like nearly ALL records has a small amount of ultra light ticks on very rare occasions, and possibly just the MEREST TOUCH of low level static in the rarest few and far between places such as on the run in grooves and between some tracks, but that's truly about it!!! The vast, vast, majority of the music is TRULY crystal clear - It really does mostly play with a CD-like near black silence, but with that depth, bass, warmth and clarity you can only get from UK 1st Press vinyl!!! EVEN most of the quiet sections!!! Absolutely ESSENTIAL!!! ASTONISHING for a record of this age and rarity!!! Must grade overall audibly at the least as Excellent!!! (graded STRICTLY to the UK RRPG standards, not trashed or overgraded AT ALL!!! Customer satisfaction is of 100% importance to me)

Sleeve :

Original 1st press top-loading stereo stamped numbered (0347237) laminated top loading gatefold G&L sleeve complete with original black inners (awesome and untorn), all 4 photos (unused with no pin holes, only some minor age spots from storage), poster (absolutely fantastic snow white unused condition with only some general very minor signs of minimal light handling in few and far between places - OUTSTANDING), and last but not least, the UNBELIEVABLY RARE blank white photo spacer (absolutely incredible snow white condition with only some ultra light handling signs - NO tears, writing, grubbiness, grubbiness or folding whatsoever!!! The best I’ve ever seen)!!! IMPOSSIBLE to find this sleeve in anything approaching a good condition - most are spent, torn and worn due to age and the lifestyles of the buyers of this particular LP!!! This one is NOT, and looks OUTSTANDING, even more so considering the nature of these ultra age prone sleeves!!! NO tears, NO splits, NO bad marks AT ALL, and still ULTRA strong and solid after all these years!!! Only has a very small amount of ultra light ageing such as a tiny amount of ultra light edge creases and the merest hint of a record imprint, one or two ultra light near invisible general vague indents here and there from where it has sat between sleeves over the years and a tiny little nick to the the front top seam (truly minimal and absolutely nothing drastic whatsoever), a slight touch of denting to the four corners which basically ALL vintage LP's have, and POSSIBLY (just to be sure!!!) one or two other minor signs of age here and there, though nothing that really stands out to note at all!!! And that's truly about it!!! I tend to bring it down by listing the most minor negatives I can possibly find, but this remains a FANTASTIC sleeve, and a TRUE rarity to find one as outstanding as this - most have been virtually destroyed or are just about being held together, but not this one!!! It remains ultra strong, solid, clean and bright, unsplit and unspoilt, and even the spine remains ultra strong, solid, unsplit, and 100% readable!!! Must grade overall at the very least as Excellent minus!!! (graded STRICTLY to the UK RRPG standards, not trashed or overgraded AT ALL!!! Customer satisfaction is of 100% importance to me)

Summary : A truly FANTASTIC 100% complete with MEGA RARE Spacer example of this INCREDIBLY RARE classic Stereo 1st Press LP!!! Hard to find in ANY condition, but SERIOUSLY RARE TO FIND ONE AS ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING AS THIS!!! YOU MAY NEVER GET THE CHANCE AGAIN, so don't miss out on this scarce opportunity to own a true piece of 60's/70's music history!!! Bid now!!!

I've realized that most countries have their own unique grading system. I base mine strictly on the UK RRPG grading system (occasionally with a + or a - to indicate the higher and lower ends of the grade, though I only use these if i'm having real trouble deciding!), so please check their chart for further clarity if you are unsure of what my grades mean. As a general rule, a mint record will be 100% perfect, an excellent record will be in fantastic clean condition with the occasional mild mark and minor use from the years, and a very good record will have noticeable, yet light visual markings and obvious signs of age and use, but will still remain clean with relatively light wear and will play fantastically well with plenty of life remaining in it. I very rarely offer records below the very good region unless they are of an EXCEPTIONAL rarity and playing quality...I hope this helps!

Postage and packing (UK bidders) will be £4.49 for the first item, £3.00 for every item after that. International buyers, postage is £8.99 for the first item, £3.00 for every item after that. Contact is expected to be made within 3 days, and payment usually expected within 7 days of the auction ending, otherwise you may lose priority over the item and it may be relisted e.t.c. UK bidders, I accept paypal or postal orders. I will reluctantly accept cheques, although they will take at least a week to clear. That is why I prefer the other methods, as it means I can get your item to you faster. International bidders, I can only accept Paypal, IMO, or Bank Transfer! I only accept £s. Unfortunately, I cant accept any other internet payment other than paypal.
