This is a brand new copy of the Def Jam Recordings 30th Anniversary compilation 6 x LP box set released by Def Jam Records in 2014. This is B0021485-01. Limited edition, numbered - this is number 113 of 2,500 copies. The box set comes in a box that is a replica of a Technics SL-1200 turntable. Also includes a 16 page booklet as well as a 30th anniversary t-shirt (size of shirt not indicated on the outside of the box). The lid of the box is unopened and it still has the original sticker tape attached to the front that holds it to the bottom of the box. The records, jackets/sleeves, booklet, and t-shirt are in Mint condition. The outer box itself is in VG+ condition with light shelfwear and a little wear to the plastic lid of the box. There are a couple of creases near the front righthand corner of the lid (see picture). Special note for international buyers: this box set weighs well over 4 pounds, so shipping to an address outside of the U.S. will have to go via USPS Priority Mail International.

We process and mail all orders Monday through Friday.  We are happy to combine shipping on multiple items.  Special shipping notice:  As of July 28th, 2013, we are no longer offering shipping to Italy due to continued problems with packages getting to their proper destination in a timely basis (if at all!).  We are sorry we have to do this, but unfortunately we have seen a recent spike in the amount of packages being shipped to Italy  that have either gone missing entirely or have taken excessively long to reach their destination.

We visually grade all our records for sale and grade both the record and the jacket. We go by general standards for grading, which are:

Mint (M) - an unplayed, new copy of a record. no visual defects!

Near Mint (NM) - a nearly perfect record that has usually only been played 1-3 times, in "like new" condition.

Very Good + (VG+) - record still in excellent condition but has minor signs of wear such as surface scuffs/light scratches that don't affect the play. jacket has minor signs of wear such as light ringwear, edgewear, shelfwear, and/or light creasing.

Very Good (VG) - record has more wear than VG+ and may have some slight surface noise, light pops, some scuffs or scratches.  generally still a great playing copy.  jacket may have more wear, writing, sticker residue, punch out/cut out holes or corners.

Very Good - (VG-) - record has noticeable groove wear, surface noise, scratches, and/or scuffs but still a decent playing copy. jacket has heavier wear and may have a small split seam.

Good + and Good (G+ and G) - record still plays without skipping but has considerable amounts of groove wear, surface noise, scuffs, and/or scratches.  jacket has alot of wear and some defects such as split seams, heavy creasing, writing, marks, sticker residue, etc...
