NOTES:

CONDITION GRADING

The grading of side one and side two of a disc is separated by a forward slash: E/V+

Although I use standard VJM Grading (E, E+ V+, etc), all grading is VISUAL and is based primarilly on the amount of groove wear - evidenced by 'greying'.

ALL GRADING IS GUARANTEED. IF YOU ARE NOT ENTIRELY HAPPY WITH THE CONDITION OF YOUR RECORD, A FULL REFUND WILL BE OFFERED.
E+ No visual evidence of groove wear. No 'greying'. Surface will look shiny and close to new. E Only a hint of groove wear. Most 'E' graded records will have no greying at all, but the surface may not have the sheen of a new record. (Typically, but not always: a few very light scuffs and/or very light scratches)E- Evidence of moderate use with light greying in louder passages. But still a very clean record. (Typically, but not always: a few light scuffs and/or light scratches)V+ An average 78rpm record. Wear consistant with regular use. Perhaps more greying. (Typically, but not always: scuffs, moderate scratches)V A much-enjoyed record! Prominant greying visible on most of the surface. (Typically, but not always: scuffs, scratches)V- Heavy wear with excessive greying throughout. (Typically, but not always: scuffs, scratches)

N.B.

Deep scratches, heavy scuffs, prominent needle-runs, needle-digs, etc, noted separately; as are cracks,  rim-chips, rim-flakes, edge-bites, edge-dents, warps, 'dishing' etc.

The safe arrival of your record(s)

As a collector of 78s myself, I understand the importance of safe packing for postage. 78s won in my auctions will be sandwiched between cardboard squares, taped at edges and placed in an oversized box with cushioning on all sides/edges. I have posted 78s safely to destinations around the world for many years.

Please note, I am a collector and not a dealer. Since I buy considerably more 78s on Ebay than I sell, I end up with many perfectly re-useable cardboard boxes - all of which I've been charged for. Where possible, it is these that I use. Apart from the obvious 'GREEN' benefits, your records are no less well protected.

Postage & Packing charges

UK - £4.75 for 1st record* EUROPE (Airmail): £8.50 for 1st record* AMERICAS/CANADA (Airmail): £13.50 for 1st record* AUSTRALIA, JAPAN, ASIA (Airmail): £15.00 for 1st record*

*Postage for a single 78rpm record is expensive, so I'm happy to look after (paid for) records to make up an economical parcel.
IF BUYING MULTIPLE 78s, PLEASE AWAIT INVOICE BEFORE PAYING - OTHERWISE YOU'LL PAY TOO MUCH POSTAGE!

I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE BY THE POSTAL SERVICE. IF YOU REQUIRE INSURANCE, PLEASE ASK FOR A QUOTE.
