Some might use Vault Copy when describing such a superb example. 
The Record itself is VISUALLY graded as Excellent (+) I can see some ONE hazy scratch that would/could affect playback. Some other marks are handling prints or sleeve removal.
The labels are clean with some indication of use.
The inner is in Mint Condition, and in most cases often has a split on the bottom. This is a superb example.
The Wide Spine sleeve is also in Mint condition with hardly any signs of storage bumps on the corners. The spine is simply superb and quite rare to see like this.
The cover has a nice sheen. No tape or repairs with this sleeve just the usual wear and tear spots in the usual places for its age.
Please note I am no Vinyl expert but I am starting to fall for the lure of Vinyl, I am currently saving for my first player and therefore all grading is done under strong light only. The records themselves are inherited through various family members who no longer deem it a format of choice.

I do only rarely grade using mint. Cheapest by far on EBAY in this condition!!
