This album has two autographs, Bon Jovi on the bottom which is dated "86", Ritchie Sambora on top.
The cover has a cut-out notch on the right edge.
Two autographed copies of this record are being simultaneously auctioned, there are significant differences in them. Make sure you are bidding on the right one, don't get them mixed up in you mind. 
The disc itself looks unplayed, it does have a couple of fingerprints on it, so maybe once or so. No buy-it-now on this item.

They will automatically be entered when you check out. You will pay the rate of six ounces for the first record and then the weight will be increased by three ounces for each additional record. This is the case for both domestic and international shipments. Records are professionally packaged in stout record mailers. No handling fees. One day turnaround on paid orders.
I do my best to accurately describe the condition of records using Ebay's own record grades that appear in the drop-down menu in item specifics. M  New and unplayed M- Nearly Mint, but may have been played. No visible signs of wear or damage. EX Plays like new, with very, very few signs of handling, such as tiny scuffs from being slipped in and out of jackets. VG+Still very shiny, near new looking, with no visible signs of wear, but a few inaudible scuffs and scratches. VG Some wear, scratches and scuffs. G+ Below average with scuffs and scratches on fewer than half the tracks. No skips or repeat grooves. G Audible scratches, etc. on more than half the tracks. Listening uncomfortable.
