Side 1 has a few faint hairlines and some very very faint sleeve removal marks, there is a scuff at about 10 o'clock, nothing that looks or feels deep, it has remarkable shine and luster. 

Side 2 has a few faint hairline/scratches and some very very faint sleeve removal marks, no scuffs, nothing that looks or feels deep and again has a great shine

on the outer edge, there are four marks where it seems as though something clamped down and pinched the record. These marks do not look like they go into the grooves, so they may not have any impact on playback, but once again, I cannot verify this. See last picture for reference.

Labels are both Excellent, free from damage and wear. There are hardly any signs of spider legs. Both labels have the solid blue prism/triangle and THE GRAMOPHONE CO. LTD text.

Original 1st press Gatefold Sleeve with Blue Tint has some wear to top and bottom edges, wear to spine, wear to opening edge. But is overall solid, Front and back have ringwear/rubbing. Not perfect but it is the correct, earliest 1st issue sleeve.

Black Poly Lined Original Inner Sleeve is in Excellent condition.

Overall  Grading  - Record VG (only due to the four marks on the edge, which likely will not impact the sound quality. Otherwise VG+ Once again, see the picture) Labels are EX        - Cover - VG has obvious wear, but no seam/spine splits.        - Inner sleeve - EX

Mt = Mint: Never been played or item still sealed. Cover and any extra items such as lyric sheet, contents are in perfect condition. 
NM = Near Mint: In like new condition with no surface marks. Cover and contents nearly perfect. 
Ex = Excellent: Shows some signs of being played but there is very little visual blemishes. Cover and contents might have slight wear and/or creasing. 
VG+ = Better than Very Good: Obviously been played but no significant blemishes despite light surface marks. Very little wear and tear on cover and contents, without any major defects. 
VG = Very Good: Obviously been played many times but no major blemishes despite noticeable surface marks and occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on cover or contents, Edges are worn. 
Gd+ = Better than Good: Light to mild scratches or scuffs. Cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges but not spine splits. 
Gd = Good:  Mild to moderate scratches or scuffs. Cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. 
Fair: Has not been cared for properly and displays considerable scratches and/or scuffs - it may even jump. Cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced. 
Poor: Will probably not play properly due to scratches and scuffs. Cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
