Look Blue Go Purple have long been a favorite Flying Nun band. While they obviously never reached the commercial success that The Clean or The Chills had and they never played outside of New Zealand their records are every bit as essential as any Flying Nun title you may hold dear. In the classic Flying Nun tradition they released three EPs and no full length records. Still Bewitched collects all three and adds seven live tracks. Six of those are unrecorded originals and the seventh is a cover of the Buffy Saint-Marie classic “Codeine.”
