Rare! Vintage 45 rpm record from the West Michigan Garage Band era. This recording of the group The HEADHUNTERS is from 1967 and on the classic Fenton label (#2518). Recorded at Great Lakes Studio in Sparta, Michigan. Featured on Grand Rapids WERX-AM radio at the time, and in recent years  played on Real Oldies WGVU. The HEADHUNTERS were known widely in the region as the backup band for The Vogues after they played in 1966 on the famed Lowell Showboat. New. Record sleeve signed by original members Roger MacNaughton (keyboard and vocals), Tom Speerstra (lead guitar and vocals), and Terry DeWitt (rhythm guitar and vocals) at their 50th reunion concert in 2017. As with all of the discs in the pressing of this record, the hole is punched slightly off center and the labels are reversed.
