This is a 1972, FACTORY SEALED, vinyl LP record from Loretta Lynn called, "Here I Am Again." It is on MCA Records, release number DECCA DL7 5381 STEREO. I don't know why the spine of the record lists the release number as DECCA, not MCA. It must have be around the time of the merger of Decca and MCA.
The corners of the album cover are very slightly dinged. The back of the LP in the lower left hand corner has the shrink wrap torn off and the words "sample copy" stamped in that spot. The album contains the following songs:
