In assessing refund requests we may ask for photographs of the damaged item or that you return it to us by post. We do not normally offer refunds or accept returns where you have simply changed your mind. 

Product Descriptions of Vintage Items

Great care is taken to accurately describe the condition of our vintage products. They are generally 40+ years old, and have accordingly acquired a degree of wear through past use. Any significant damage - such as fading, chips, paint loss, cracks, crazing, dents and scratching will be recorded in the product description and in the accompanying photographs. We will also specify if they are only fit for display purposes.
