Grading (M) = Mint = Certainly never been played, still sealed. Should be used sparingly as a grade, if at all. (NM or M-) = Near Mint = A nearly perfect record. The record should show no obvious signs of wear. A sleeve should have no creases, folds, seam splits, cut-out holes, or other noticeable similar defects. The same should be true of any other inserts, such as posters, lyric sleeves, etc.   (VG+) = Very Good Plus = A Very Good Plus record surfaces may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light hairline surface marks. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are "OK". The label may have some ring wear or discoloration, but it should be barely noticeable. Picture sleeves and inner sleeves will have some light wear, lightly turned up corners, or a slight seam split. An LP cover may have light signs of wear, and may be marred by a cut-out hole, indentation, or cut corner.  (VG) = Very Good = Many of the defects found in a VG+ record will be more pronounced in a VG disc. Surface noise will be evident upon playing, especially in soft passages and during a song's intro and fade, but will not overpower the music otherwise. Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as with light scratches (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound. Labels may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached. The same will be true of picture sleeves or LP covers. (G+) & (G) = Good Plus & Good = Records of this grade will have heavy surface wear with lots and lots of light surface marks with some possible scratches that cause skipping or jumping. Damaged labels will be heavily stained or peeled and damaged. A cover or sleeve will have seam splits, especially at the bottom or on the spine. Tape, writing, ring wear, or other defects will be present.  (F) = Fair & (P) = Poor = We don't sell vinyl of this condition in these lots. The picture sleeve is water damaged, split on all three seams and heavily marred by wear and writing. Inner sleeves are fully split, crinkled, and written upon.

Issues with Payment 
When unforeseen issues arise for you the buyer we are always happy to help and support our customers as long as the customer is clear and communicates well with us. Issues such as Paypal problems due to the creation of problems out of your hands by said company's, time away from the internet due to family issues and so on. Please be clear and contact us as soon as possible so we are aware there is a problem. Orders with issues will be given 7 days grace to make payment from contact and notification of the issue. Extensions maybe granted in the most extreme of circumstances if the buyer keeps exceptional communication and makes payment when they agree to. Any deviation in this customer care may result in you being barred as a buyer. Undelivered Items
The courier will usually attempt to deliver your order up to three times
In the event a package is returned due to non-collection or delivery by the postal service both in the UK or overseas the package will be returned to us at ‘Dark-Side.Records’. If this happens you will need to contact us stating why you did not receive your item. Before we can process your claim we will need to first receive your package back before we can act
Once the item has been returned to us we can re-post the package to you at your cost. 
Alternatively you can cancel the order and we will refund you for the price of the item/s. 
We cannot refund you for the price of postage under these circumstances. This is because the item was posted out to you correctly via the address you supplied and it never reached you becuase of your failure to either be available or didnt collect from the courier depot once notified by a card left by the courier. As we held our part in the transaction we cannot be held responsible for you collecting or receiving the package. We do not offer a free postage option, sorry we are small and independent record store so this is not currently an option for us.
We are not offered cheaper postage for combined orders by the courier so we are unable to do this for you.
We keep all postal receipts for 3 years after shipment so if proof of postage is required the receipts can be scanned and emailed as proof.

Returns 
We make sure every item is checked and securely wrapped ready for transit, we will accept returns in exceptional circumstances, please notify us first with your reasons for wanting to issue a return. Further proof of the issue may be required from you before a return is accepted. 
Items to be returned must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the item. 
Returns must be posted back under insured postage tracked courier - The tracking code will need to be sent to us in a message when returning the item) and needs to be returned in a card board box the same way it was sent to you, failure to return the item the same way it was sent to you could result in a 50% or even 100% loss of refund if damaged during the return process.
The cost of returning an item/s is at the expense of the buyer not the seller, if the item returned has been damaged in transit on its way to you or arrives not as described then we will refund you the cost of the return postage. If it is simply found you do not want your order and there is no other issue with the items then return postage will not be refunded to you.
