Super Rare! And the first time I've seen it for sale was recently and that copy was in rough shape so chances are you will not see this again in this condition or if you do it will not be in the near future
This record is a monster!
Cover is in great shape, small hole punch in upper left corner, small writing on back cover, no splits very clean overall
Vinyl is EX+ (very close to NM I can't see any scratches or scuffs on surface but I heard a few pops scattered around while playing, nothing bad but could maybe be some dust in grooves here and there or the way it was pressed. A gentle cleaning would probably bring it to NM shape but I'm gonna grade conservative
The sound quality overall is superb , very clean and loud and clear
