This is an original 1967 white label promo LP:  THE NIGHTCRAWLERS - THE LITTLE BLACK EGG (Kapp / mono / KL-1520).

Record is very glossy with only faint scuffing, a few light marks that cannot be felt and a few very small pressing bubbles - plays great with only a faint background crackle at times that does not overpower or distract from music.

Name written on side 2 label. 

Cover shows some wear / stress (see scans) - name written on front cover near bottom right - no split seams.
