MINT condition record ..never played , these 45's were never sealed in shrink wrap.
The sleeve is in a very nice EX- (minus) condition , there is a small half-inch seam split at the bottom of the sleeve , it's barely broken the card sleeve but it is there (see the photos)...this seems to be a common fault with these sleeves splitting in transit
