Up for auction is a copy of the Black Dots album by the band Bad Brains.Bad Brains are without a doubt one of the Godfather's of Punk.If you're reading this description, I probably don't have to tell you what this album is or who Bad Brains are.They're one of the best that ever did it.This is one of the original pressings of the Black Dots album.The first 1,000 of this pressing were on white vinyl and then followed by black vinyl from the same original press.This is from 1996 and it does have some wear on it but for it being over 20 years old, I'd say it's in damn good shape.I've graded the vinyl as a very good+ and after play grading it, I'd stick in that area.The vinyl does have some scuff marks but not real scratches or anything that affects play.It would probably go to an excellent,at least ,after a cleaning.Theres a tiny bit of surface noise in between songs but this album sounds very good in my opinion and again would sound even better with a little cleaning.The sleeve has a few bumped corners but no creases and this also comes with the original inner sleeve.Please check out the pics for a closer look.Theres also a small spot at the bottom of the inner sleeve that's close to becoming a split but it just seems to be worn right now.If it is split it's a quarter of an inch.This is a great collectible album for any Bad Brains fan or just punk fan period.This will be shipped wrapped in bubble wrap and in a sturdy media mailer.I honestly don't want to give it up but life happens and I can't give this to my landlord as part of my rent.Hopefully it'll go to someone who can appreciate it.If you have any questions, please feel free to message me.Thanks for checking out my listing.
