TITLE/INFO: If you have interest in great conditioned "oldies" music and more, please continue to check in on my site as I have many more items to sell yet - and thank you in advance. This very 1st solo LP release by the original Grateful Dead guitarist/singer/songwriter, Bob Weir, is entitled simply, "Ace" from back in 1972. Bob Weir was one of the founding members of The Grateful Dead - and oddly enough, his fellow band members from that group play with him on this album. During his Grateful Dead career, Weir mostly played rhythm guitar but also sang on some of the group's R'n'R or C&W tunes. This LP is on it's original Warner-Brothers label, and has the 1st pressed "color photograph of Weir" on the jacket's backside. All the song titles, the jacket, and both sides of the label are shown in the pictures above, so please check them out. Both the jacket and record are in excellent to near mint condition, but please read on and check out all of the pictures above. FYI, I will be listing other LPs, 45's, and more in the future, so if you are a fan of the old days of music when vinyl was king, please bookmark my sight - thank you. LABEL INFO: This Warner Brothers label (BS 2627) is super clean and nice with no serious issues in need of mentioning. I don't even see all that many spindle lines around the center circles which indicates to me that it had fairly light play. VINYL INFO: The record is also extremely shiny, clean, and nice - and again, I don't see any serious flaws at all - it also appears to have been played very sparingly.  JACKET: Finally, this jacket - with it's "color photo" of Weir on the backside - is in excellent overall shape and shows no real serious flaws - although there are small scuff marks in each of the four corners. So again, please view all of the pictures above and make your own decisions on everything. INTERESTING FACTS: Yes, this outstanding '70's album is in excellent (or better) shape and as always, I have begun the auction at a low opening bid and have no reserve price - just free and open bidding - so good luck! FYI, if anyone wants to bid on multiple items to save on postage costs, I am more than happy to "save" your winning pieces here at the house until you are ready for shipping - just tell me ahead of time, wait for my invoice (not EBay's), and pay for each item as you win them. In addition to this record, I will continue to list many other RnR/R&B LP's, EP's, and 45's by 1950-60's artists----and even some C&W LPs/45's, too. I am selling off my entire personal collection, and there are 100's more to list yet -- of all varieties and genres. Many of these still to be listed records are rare and hard to find, and most all of them are original pressings and in near mint shape. So, please bookmark my site and check it out from time to time. GOOD LUCK BIDDING!!  If anyone ever needs more info than what is listed, please email me. I will respond! POSTAGE/HANDLING CHARGES: In the United States, the buyer agrees to pay $5.00 (Media Mail with Delivery Confirmation) for the first LP purchased, and then just $.50 per album after that-----so, buy in quantity and save. These are U.S. rates only, and all foreign winners will have to await an email me for their exact costs, although I will send a detailed invoice as soon as the auction is over---but, there too, it is cheaper to send multiple pieces. The charges for overseas are $23.00 for this LP and then just $4.00 per LP after that. PLEASE NOTE: I will not be responsible for records  that are lost or damaged by either US or overseas Postal Services. However, for additional fees, I will gladly ship the packages Priority Mail and/or add insurance! Please email me with either, or both, requests if this is of interest to you. Also, please continue to check out "rogersrecords" on ebay for future collectible records of all types. There are many more to come!
