I am not a record expert and cannot grade a record with any knowledge, so I will describe the record as i see it for you.

   1. Front Cover

There is some wear on all four corners and edges The edges have some tearing that you can see in pictures 9-11 The picture has some minor creasing near the edges and some signs of age but still looks nice

  2. Back Cover

There is also some wear on the corners and edges on back 

3. Record Side 1

There are a few light surface marks that do't appear to me to be deep.   There is some markings on the label

4. Record Side 2

There are also a few light surface marks that again do not appear to be deep.  There is some markings on the label

5. Record Sleeve 

The sleeve is in nice shape with just some signs of wear where you pull out the record and a small tear at the bottom

This record will ship with the case it is shown in on the last picture.
