I bribe this is a 3rd Press 1970 - 1971

The vinyl is in very good condition no major scratches has sleeve removal marks and odd scuff has excellent labels very good audio

This is a very good copy overall odd little bit of light crackle in between tracks nothing major plays very well

Record Collector Magazine's Grading Guide:

"MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.

POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

Hairline marks, It is almost impossible to find any non-sealed record without any hairline marks, many had them from new, especially if sold with paper or cardboard inner sleeves. They are a result of storage and use and have little impact on sound quality. Also, very few original vinyl records lie totally flat. As regards background noise, all records will have some background noise which differs and often reflects the very variable pressing quality. I only draw attention to marks, warping or background noise in my listings if I consider them significant. You can still have an near mint or excellent vinyl with sleeve removal or hairline marks it is just the degree of the marks that can vary for the grading.

Please if you are the sort who uses a version of the Hubble space telescope and a World War Two Colditz castle search light to check Vinyls and album covers with, then don’t buy from me. I use my eyes and the sun reflecting through my window to check my Vinyls and on the odd occasion a torch.

This does not mean I sell bad Vinyls I know what looks good, very good, excellent and near mint and sometimes there may be an odd scratch hairline or sleeve removal mark. If something does not affect play I won’t necessarily state it in my description. I also won’t note every scuff crease etc as most of the albums I sell can be 40 - 50 years old. Albums do age with time unless sealed in a climate controlled nuclear bunker from new.
