Please inspect the listing photos and contact me before purchasing if you require more information.  I'm happy to assist and will do my best, but please note - I'm not an expert, just a music lover.  I haven't had a working turntable for years and can't test or grade records, therefore this item is sold AS-IS.  There is no way for me to tell whether or not there is a condition with play.  Noticeable issues are described.
I don't see any scratches or condition issues with the record itself, it appears to be in excellent condition.  I had a couple of copies of this title and it is possible that this one was never played, or if so minimally.   As explained below, it is probably a dusty and/or has lint clinging to the surface.
The album comes with an intact paper inner sleeve that shows creasing and spotting.  
 The cover's exterior shows some yellowing and minor surface, ring wear, edge and corner wear as shown - nothing significant.   I have a lot of great vintage vinyl and will be listing records as time permits.  The records have been in our home that has been recently renovated, and even though the records have been in their sleeves/covers, it is probable that there is dust/lint on their surfaces. I recommend cleaning them before playing.  
Because this is a used item, it is not returnable, so again, please contact me if you have any questions before purchasing.  
For extra security, I custom-make shipping boxed with Priority Mail materials and bubble wrap for single and double purchases.  I'm not a fan of removing records from their sleeves for shipping because I believe it makes the records themselves more vulnerable to damage, but understand that it is the preference of some.  I will do so at the Buyer's request, at Buyer's risk.  I will combine shipping on items purchased from me on the same date with advance notice, please check out my other listings.
This item will be quickly and securely shipped via USPS Priority Mail to the Buyer address listed in the "Order Details" provided by ebay, so please make sure the shipping address is accurate.
