This is the finest and nicest copy I have ever seen in all the years I've been a record fan and collector.  
Visually Graded under a strong light I carefully inspected each disc and found them all to be what looks like Near Mint or possibly unplayed! There is no sign of any scuffs and definitely no scratches and no sign of it ever having been played at all.
Vinyl:  Exc (possibly NM) Vinyl on both sides of all three discs is nearly perfect.  The vinyl is clean and shiny and no marks or even scuffs.
Jacket/Box:  VG+  The cover and box is in great condition.  On the front of the box (cover) the top left corner has started to split but seems ok.  (small piece of clear tape on the inside of the corner)   There is a tiny scuff mark which tore a very tiny piece of the paper off of the upper right area of the front of the box or cover.  the hole is barely larger than a pencil point so overall the cover still looks new and clean.
Booklet:  Excellent.  The booklet is also in perfect condition.  A couple of tiny stains that are barely visible.  No torn or creased pages and no writing or stains or any damage or wear whatsoever.
All in all, this is a nearly perfect score for those interested in a superb clean and rare copy of this amazing and historic concert.
