Overnight shipping takes between 1-2 business days (ships within 24 business hours of a cleared payment).

Domestic orders are sent via USPS or FedEx. International orders are sent via USPS.

Quality packaged shipping is calculated based on the buyer’s location.

PAYMENT

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible to pay the return shipping unless we made a mistake on our end. We will pay for the return shipping method of our choice and/or refund the buyer’s total payment, including the original shipping charges if we, the sellers, make a mistake in the description of the item, or accidentally send the buyer the wrong item. All returns must arrive to us in the condition that they arrived to the buyer. We reserve the right to refuse a return at our discretion if it violates eBay's terms or service or return policies.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (courier) company or when you pick the package up at the Customs Office. We will not pay any customs fees associated with any items delivered to any country.

We will not mark items as 'gifts' or mark values below the purchase price. International government regulations prohibit such behavior. Please do not ask us to do so.

Shipping times vary based on location.

We and eBay can only estimate shipping times. This estimate is not a guarantee unless otherwise noted. We cannot control shipping times once the package leaves our location. USPS First Class Mail International can range from 6-35 business days. USPS Priority Mail International can range from 6-28 business days. A business day is defined as Monday-Friday except for federal or state holidays. Once the package leaves our location, it is out of our hands and is put into the postal system. Your Postal System may decide to hold your package from delivery. You will have to contact your local post office or customs office to determine why this is the case. A package is usually held for VAT charges and/or the maximum attempts of delivery were made and the item is now being held for pickup.

We can no longer allow items at or above $100.00 USD in value to be sent via USPS First Class Mail International or any other shipping options that do not allow for insurance.

Restrictions: Please note that the USPS has strict regulations for international packages. Different countries have different regulations and restrictions. First Class Mail International packages can only weigh up to a maximum of 4 US pounds and are limited by size and other possible restrictions.
