This is a mono first pressing with the frame cover and the Lexington Ave address on the back of the sleeve and both labels. The front and back of the sleeve have some minor wear, the blank spine and seams are all in tact but there is a little wear on the bottom corners. The labels are nice and clean and in the dead wax is the Deep Groove, RVG, the "Ear" and 9M. The vinyl has minor hairline scratches and scuffs.
