Cover: in EX condition with aged edge/corner wear. sealed but seal has torn one side, unopened, slight spine fade.
I always recommend professional clean due these records have
sat in their sleeves for over 30-40+ years! Sleeve residue can stick to vinyl.
A proffesional clean will remove should you want to. I do not clean the vinyl.
