My return policy is, if you receive your item broke.. Damaged. Please contact me ASAP. if its high end electronics,, I video the unit working before I post the item. I have family that both work for UPS/and fedex so I go buy there stricked Guide lines. Tho I'm not an employee of those company's. As for the same with USPS..In the packing process.. Please again with shipping on all my auctions I have it figured out thru USPS 1st priority or 1st class. eBay then calculates from me to you.
