I bought this in 2013 and played it three times. The vinyl has a couple very superficial paper marks that don't affect play. The cover has no notable flaws (the faint mark visible above Kimbra's head on the back cover is on the shrink, not the cover itself). The inner sleeve has some slight signs of handling.
