Elvis' Christmas Album LP Green Vinyl 1985 RCA AFM1-5486 w/Photo Book Reissue

This reissue of Elvis Presley's 1957 release "Elvis' Chrstmas Album" is pressed on a stunning green disc and comes in a red gatefold sleeve that includes 9 pages of mostly color photos of Elvis.
The album includes the following tracks:

The vinyl looks to be in excellent pre-owned condition, it shows almost no signs of wear or use; great shine. Please note I am not an expert grader of vinyl records.
The inner paper record sleeve is slightly yellowed from age, and shows signs of wear from use which includes but is not limited to crush/crease marks, spots and other marks.
The heavy paperboard album cover is in good or better condition, it shows wear at the corners and side edge. Other signs of wear, age, and storage includes but is not limited to light scuff/scratch marks, crush/crease marks, spots and other marks. There is a slight musty odor from storage.
