This is the beyond super-rare Promo Only single by John Cale. The A-Side, "Dirty Ass Rock 'N' Roll" is backed with Cale's version of "Heartbreak Hotel" on the B Side. This record was never released commercially.

IXP-3 Side One A-1A and IXP-3 Side Two B-1A
"Sterling" is also stamped in the deadwax.
The record is in near-mint condition, having been in my personal collection since new in 1975 and having seen very minimal play in the ensuing years.
The sleeve is original and generic - albeit pink generic!
Both the record and the sleeve show slight signs of age and there is a bit of dirt on the sleeve, but overall this is a stunning copy of this single.
