1966 Second State YESTERDAY AND TODAY U.S. STEREO ST-2553

“Butcher” Cover” with original LP and inner slip.

The Vinyl: A flat copy (Not absolutely perfect) and showing plenty of scratches from play. Still able to play through without skipping. There is of course surface sounds and occasional crackles and a few pops. I got no skips when testing.

I'm Judging vinyl as (Good)

Here is a GOLDMINEexplanation...

Good [G], Good Plus [G+]: Good does not mean bad! A record in Good or Good Plus condition can be put onto a turntable and will play through without skipping. But it will have significant surface noise and scratches and visible groove wear.

The Label: No pen or magic marker to labels. Shows spindle marks

Inner Sleeve: Split on bottom approx. 1 in. 

The Cover: You are the best judge. Hopefully I gave the best possible pictures with some explanation.

(just barely visible through  paper)...But yes It's there!!

The cover being relatively clean. Some aging to back cover. There is no split seams, but having some wear. The spine has all the print on it (as seen in Picture). I added a picture of bottom left corner, where you can see the original cover peaking through. The top left corner has been raised a bit tearing approx.1/16 in. of the original cover.

Also there is pen writing on cover. There is some tape residue at bottom (as seen in pics).

Here is a GOLDMINE explanation...of (VG) and (G)

Very Good [VG]: 

Labels may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached. The same will be true of picture sleeves or LP covers. However, it will not have all of these problems at the same time, only two or three of them.

Good [G]

A jacket or sleeve has seam splits, especially at the bottom or on the spine. Tape, writing, ring wear or other defects will start to overwhelm the object. If it's a common item, you'll probably find another copy in better shape eventually. Pass it up. But if it's something you have been seeking for years, and the price is right, get it.
