Cover has corner wear.Cover has some paper pulls. Gate fold is very good +. Picture and information sleeves are excellent. Vinyl record side one has one long lite scuff , sides 2, 3 & 4 appear to be in excellent condition.. Review all pictures as they add to the description. Use magnification.
