This is an original release of the vinyl picture disc of Crazy For You / Keep It Together by Madonna.
The 12” poly cover includes the disc, a paper sheet detailing the disc and a cardboard plinth which has never been assembled and as such is new.
The disc was released in 1991on Sire records W0008P
The disc comes in a clear poly sleeve and is in excellent condition.
