Something was up by the end of 1964; the unsmiling photo on the cover of Beatles For Sale No.2 was an indication the happy-go-lucky moptop days were over.  The pristine UK-only CLEAN M- GEM COVER & VINYL we offer is from the 1981 14-EP box set; it's 38 years vintage!  The vinyl looks virtually UNPLAYED & the cover is immaculate.

It's important to note this UK pressing is on virgin vinyl from the original masters.  It's a revelation for many American fans, since Capitol 45s & LPs were often mastered from 2nd-generation or 3rd-generation tapes with a muddy sound resulting.  U.S. releases were pressed on recycled vinyl with clicks and pops even on brand-new records.  No such problem with this outstanding UK pressing; you'll love its crystal-clear, crisp sound!  BARGAIN-PRICED; put it in The Vault!
