The multifunction button could play/ pause, volume+/-, previous song/ next song, answer/ reject phone calls. (It could not adjust the volume via the multifunction button.) With advanced Bluetooth 5.0 technology, it could compact with ios, windows, android or other system. The Bluetooth 5.0 could be compatible with lower version than it. If there' s a problem to make L and R connected with each other, take out both earbuds and turn them off. Press and hold the buttons for 20 seconds until the indicator flashes in red and white alternately and then goes out twice. (ps: The R is the master one) If you want to connect the two earbuds separately with 2 devices nearby, pls connect the L earbud to one device at first, and then pair R with another device. In case the L earphone will pair with R automatically after taking out from the charging case.
