This week I'm selling some 1970s vinyl pressings for a family member with no Ebay account. 
I've cleaned all of these in a Disco Antistat cleaner & some have been play-tested. I've stated in the description if it has been listened to. The cleaning fluid can sometimes leave traces on the run-out area or on the labels. But it will greatly reduce any static build up. The original inner sleeves will have picked up the odd bit of dirt over the last 40 years, therefore a quick wipe with a suitable record cleaning brush should be all that's required before listening to any of these 
I always grade CONSERVATIVELY. I would prefer any buyer to be surprised with the condition of their record, rather than disappointed.
I use purpose made, STRONG cardboard mailers & can combine shipping for up to 4 records (4x12"s)
Overseas Bidders, please note. Overseas shipping is handled by Ebay's overseas shipping programme. I can neither combine, or adjust, the price that ebay additionally charge for this. I just use UK post to send the item to Ebay's UK distribution centre, then they ship it overseas. I don't even see how much Ebay add to the final selling price.

This auction is for an early pressing of "Black Sabbath"
The cover has very light signs of storage wear to the corners, & some colour fading along the spine but otherwise it's in great shape. There's an original price label in the top r/h corner.
The record has light whispy sleeve marks, aswell as a mark to the surface on the final track. This mark causes an audible "pop" for 3 or 4 rotations as the stylus passes over it, but there is no skipping or sticking 
Overall I'm happy to grade the cover & record as "Very Good"
