Originally issued in a black die-cut original sleeve.
A-side: "Made In England" on right side of label at the end of the circle linings. "CBS Inc" on bottom of label
B-side: No "Made In England" and No 'CBS Inc" at all.
"Stereo" is written with just the first letter in big on both labels.
Band members names inscribed on B side only!
"Ireland" misspelled on label as 'Irelnad'.
Line-up and producer credits do not appear on release.
Very hard to find.
