Wonderful, wonderful condition with just the tiniest signs of age or wear. For its age this album I believe would be considered mint. I don't know how I did it after having it so long and playing it so much but the cover and record are fantastic! Comes with original wrap nearly cut to allow access to the record. Inner paper sleeve is clean and complete with about a 2" bit of rip-thru on 1 side.
