To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim any additional warranties or guaranties, including any implied warranties and warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

LIMITED WARRANTY

The company warrants this product against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 30 days from the original date of purchase. The Limited Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and is not transferrable to anyone who purchases, rents or obtains the product from the original purchaser; any attempt to transfer this Limited Warranty will render it void. This also applies to buyers who use a freight forwarding company. The company will, at its option, (i) replace the product with an equivalent or comparable product (if available) or (ii) refund the buyer for the original purchase price. Replacements may be performed using factory refurbished parts or products.

The Limited Warranty only covers product issues caused by defects in materials or workmanship during normal consumer use. The Limited Warranty does not cover product issues caused by any other reason, including but not limited to, accidents, acts of God, misuse, abuse, negligence, product modification, use of product not approved by the company or damage resulting from improper packing of product returned for warranty service.

To obtain warranty service, you must receive Return Merchandise Authorization by contacting us via the eBay messaging system or email. You must ship the product, freight pre-paid, in its original packaging or packaging with an equal degree of protection. The product must be returned with all accessories, manuals and power cords and must be in the same cosmetic condition in which you received it. Items that show excessive wear or show signs of misuse will not be covered under this warranty. The company cannot be held responsible for in-transit damage or packages that are not delivered to us. It is your responsibility to backup any data, software or other materials on your product. Product returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization will not be accepted.

THE COMPANY MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY OR CONDITION WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL AND THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS NOT STATED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

30 Day Return Policy:

If for any reason the item arrives damaged or DOA, it can be returned for a full refund. Otherwise, if the item shows signs of usage, i.e., fingerprints, untied cables, broken packaging, etc., the re-stocking fee will be 20%. The re-stocking fee can also be much higher (up to 100% for a total loss due to carelessness or fault of the buyer) if, for example, the item is returned with scratches or is damaged (by the user), is missing components, missing paperwork, damaged due to improper packaging by you when shipping it back, etc. We also recommend that you insure the package when you send it back as it is your purchase and you are responsible for it arriving safely to us. Seller will not be responsible for any losses incurred due to an uninsured package sent by the buyer. A refund will be issued 2-4 business days after arrival. No returns on international orders.
