Speaking In Tongues (Special Limited Edition)
SEALED vinyl LP from Sire Records.  Clear vinyl in clear case designed by Rauschenberg.  Incredibly, it is still sealed and was never played, never opened.  Please see pictures. 

 The record itself is not off-center. The packaging is a transparent plastic case with artwork and credits printed on 3 12" circular transparent collages, one per primary color. It is one of the 3 12" collages that is slightly loose and off-center in the packaging, not the record itself, which is securely set in the packing.
