Rare promo A label.
The vinyl has just light, superficial surface marks and sleeve-removal lines. I would visually grade it around Ex or Ex-. There is very little spindle marking on the labels,
suggesting that the record was rarely played.
The RCA sleeve has typical wear and tear and signs of age, but is still usable.
