All records shipped outside of their jacket, w/ bubble wrap & cardboard inserts to ensure best delivery of item in described condition. I ship all records out of both the outer sleeve and any printed inner sleeves (in which case I include a plain paper sleeve, unless the item is brand new/sealed) in a sturdy record mailer with cardboard inserts & bubble wrap. If the record is unopened, I will give buyer the option to have item opened and have record removed for shipping. Shipping delays have been an issue for some places because of the pandemic. All packages seem to be getting delivered, some are just taking an extra week and sometime 2 weeks to arrive. During this difficult period, buyer needs to be patient and understand the circumstances.
