Record is VG: visually record is VG but plays much better than it looks. In my opinion the sound quality is much closer to VG+! Record cleaned on VPI and Play Tested from start to finish. There are no skips, loud pops or repetitive tics!

Cover is VG: Writing on back cover as well as corner and seam wear. Spine and the top and bottom seams have some splitting but is still in tact.
