Returns accepted within 30 days, buyer pays return shipping. Items which are new/sealed must not be opened. 
All dishware may need cleaning upon arrival.  Signs of use, some carbon buildup and maybe some residue from packing materials may be present on all cookware.
Items will be shipped using recycled materials whenever practical.  The packing peanuts I use are 100% recyclable, which does not make them less annoying!
I ship on Monday Wednesday and Friday in the afternoon.  If you need expedited shipping please let me know and I will get it done faster.
Free shipping is to Continental US only, and shipping to PO Boxes may be limited. If you need item shipped to  a PO Box, please contact me ahead of time.
Any battery powered items are items are BATTERIES NOT INCLUDED.  ALL RECHARGEABLE ITEMS MAY HAVE LIMITED BATTERY LIFE.
