Shipping - I am currently shipping by media mail only.  $4.50 for the first item. 50 cents for each additional item. When ordering multiple titles, do not pay for them individually. Please request an invoice from your shopping cart. This allows me to combine shipping. A tracking # will be provided to you.
Returns :  Please contact me with any issues before leaving feedback, or opening a case with E-bay. I will do my best to make things right. Many of the records I sell are sealed,  it is not possible for me to see original manufacturing flaws. 
Cut outs : When record companies produced too many of an item, they sold the overstock off cheaply. In order to keep distributors from returning them for full credit they marked them. The easiest way to do this was to drill a hole, cut a corner, or notch the covers. Most new old stock from the old days are "cut outs".  Promotional records often had these markings. However this does not mean all cutouts are ''Promo's".
