The cover is VG. It's somewhat close to VG+. Look at the pictures carefully to see all the blemishes and cutouts.
As far as the vinyl there are noticeable blemishes as seen on the pictures. The first track has some noise and plays about a VG to VG-. The rest of the record is close to a VG to VG+. I played it through and didn't get any skips. Please look carefully at the pictures before bidding. This is a super rare LP. I used my VPI HW-17 to clean the record.
