Record has been played a couple of times, is in excellent condition. The sleeve has been kept in a plastic cover. There is some tearing at the top on the back where the sleeve has stuck to the plastic. (See photos)
The deadwax on the front side has the words "FOR GEORGE AND MABEL" and on the other side it has "ANOTHER WINNER FROM ERNIE"
