This is a Volt S-419 Stereo LP.
The cover and disk show light signs of wear.
The disc has a very slight warp as it spins on the turn table. There are no cracks or voids. The disk does have some light scratches, but no deep scratches.
I listened to several tracks with no issues and it sounds great! I had forgotten what a great album this is.
