12" Vinyl LP Photos are of the Actual Record
Nice copy of classic grossly underrated LP in unlaminated gatefold sleeve in surprisingly good condition.

If I Could Only Remember My Name
1971 Atlantic 2401 005 (Pre-Kinney Polydor Pressing)
Condition
Record: EX (Excellent) slight noise on super quiet beginnings any marks just from sleeve removal.
Sleeve: EX (Excellent) with any marks/scuffs as seen
Inner sleeve a replacement (and not a bad thing as Polydor poly-lined ones do have a tendency to cause vinyl rash!)
I use record collector grading but also add a + and - where necessary since their grading standard can be too simplistic.
Mint (M): The record is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.; Please note I normally use Near Mint since unless sealed there will always be a minor imperfection!
Excellent (EX): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
Very Good (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
