VG/EX condition of both vinyl and front/back sleeve. Recording quality is excellent, this is probably from a soundboard feed.
There is a retail price tag on the cover, near top right corner. This has not been removed so as not to accidentally cause any damage to the surface. The inner sleeves are plain white paper blanks.
This item has always been stored in a non-smoking, climate controlled home, and has never been subjected to any negative conditions such as mold, mildew, flooding, smoke/fire, or excessive dust.
I will ship this with appropriate protective packaging, via an established carrier such as UPS, FedEx or USPS, with tracking and insurance.
