Lynyrd Skynyrd is an American rock band formed in Jacksonville, Florida in 1964. At the peak of their success, band members Ronnie Van Zant, Steve Gaines, and back up singer Cassie Gaines, died in an airplane crash in 1977. "Second Helping" is their second studio album, release in 1974. It features the band's biggest hit single 'Sweet Home Alabama", and reflects the true classic sound of this wonderful band.
