I WILL REFUND POSTAGE COST – SHOULD I GET A BETTER RATE THAN INVOICED. AND REFUND A PART OF SAVINGS SHOULD I SHIP MULTIPLE PACKAGES FOR THE DAY.  I always try to find a lower rate to ship items. Sometimes total shipping charges are less than in the invoice - I always refund the difference.
